An important meeting of the Central Executive Committee was chaired by President Shri Satyaveer Singh Ji, IPS (Retd.). The meeting witnessed enthusiastic and dedicated participation by Dr. Chetram Raipuriya, General Secretary, Shri Rameshwar Prasad Bairwa, Senior Vice President, Shri Dayanand Sakkarwal, Treasurer and office bearers from distant regions including Barmer, Jodhpur, and several other districts, all contributing with great energy and commitment toward social welfare.

During the meeting, extensive discussions and detailed deliberations were held on several important matters related to the society and the welfare of the community. The major points discussed included:

• Installation of photographs of Dalit heroes and freedom fighters of Rajasthan in the Dr. Ambedkar Society campus/meeting hall.
• Detailed discussion regarding the construction work of Mata Samwai Ambedkar Girls Hostel.
• Review of the equipment, activities, and ongoing operations being conducted by the society in various states.
• Discussion on the progress of district and tehsil executive committee formations and the status of various organizational cells.
• Consideration of repair and maintenance work for Block A and Block B of the Ambedkar Hostel.
• Discussion regarding the reconstruction of toilets and bathrooms in Hostel Block B.
• Deliberation on the damaged false ceiling in Mata Samwai Hall, which has been affected by termites and deteriorated in several places due to lack of proper supervision by the previous executive committee, along with discussions on electrical equipment and maintenance arrangements.
• Discussion on ensuring an adequate water supply system within the society premises.
• Various additional suggestions and views were shared with the permission of the Chairperson.

All office bearers present in the meeting were resolute to strengthen the organization in their respective regions, accelerate social welfare activities, and carry out their assigned responsibilities with full dedication, enthusiasm, and sincerity.

The meeting proved to be highly significant and inspirational in strengthening the organization, promoting social unity, and providing a new direction for future plans and initiatives.
